Hi Friends, it's Wednesday and you all know what that means!! It's Borderline Buddies time! So this week, I asked Susan if she had a couple of items out of the Occasions Mini Catalog. She said that she had the Fringe Scissors. So off I went to search the world for a sample I could recreate to share.
