My Paper Pumpkin kit

This is one of the first My Paper Pumpkin kits that arrived to me earlier last year. Yes I just finished it yesterday. I am a busy woman what can I say. What I want to say here is that I was just informed that the MPP that arrive next month and each month there after, are going to be chalk packed with MORE STUFF! Not only that but Stampin' Up! is switching the rubber stamps to our new PHOTOPOLYMER stamps and the kits will be containing embellishments.

If you want to sign up to receive your own 30 minute getway each month click on this link https://mypaperpumpkin.com?demoid=2057093

If you sign up before Feb 10/14 and you get a free set of MARKERS.

Thanks for lookin' and have a Stampin' day

Cute 3x3 swap

I have seen these posted from a lot of different people. In December my team met up for our Christmas dinner at China Sail Restaurant here in Prince George. My downline Rosalyn and I came up with our make/takes, and I had seen this and asked the ladies coming if we could do a 3x3 swap, I would provide the 12x12 cardstock and we choose to go with the blue winter colors as the main colors in this project. I had fun working with my team members to create this.

Thanks for lookin' and have a Stampin' day!

Updates

Hi Everyone, I know its been a while since I have been on here. I have a new blog maintainer working on updating my sidebars so all the new promotions will be up and running soon. In the mean time Stampin' Up! has launched its new Spring Catalog. You can go to my Stampin' Up! website:
www.luv2papercrafting.stampinup.net to check it out. This catalog is available Jan 2/14- June 1/14

Sale-a-bration time will be starting shortly too. I know its the time of year I wait for each year!! Sale-a-bration starts Jan 28/14-March 31/14. Spend $60 and you get to choose an item for FREE out of the Sale-a-bration catalog. This one will be live on Jan 28.

Let me know if you would like either of these catalogs delivered to you home and I can run it by soon. Hopefully the streets will all be plowed soon, that would make that job much easier.

I am working on my January/February/March workshop calendar as we speak, as well as my monthly newsletter.

Please let me know if there is a class you would like to see and I will try to work it into my calendar.
My monthly virtual club will be returning Jan 28. If you would like more information about the monthly club please contact me.

Talk to you all soon. Stay warm and safe on these nasty roads!!

Scallop Circle Die Christmas Ornaments

I just realized that I have not been here in a while. For me we have just been busy. For those of you who are friends know that I struggle with having an infertility disease. This past year we have been travelling from Prince George BC to Kelowna BC to see a specialist there.  In fact we are heading there later this month. We have switched from oral drugs to inject able drugs to help with fertility. (BTW did I mention I have a phobia of needles???) Anyways I am going to try to blog a little more regularity.

The following posts I made for a 3D swap. It was the 12 days of Christmas. I will try and post 2-3 a week or perhaps more time permitting. I will also try to include the link to where I found the tutorial or cased said item.

I belong to alot of different Stampin' Up! demonstrator email groups. I received this picture from one of the groups. These were featured on Patty Bennett's Blog http://www.pattystamps.typepad.com/ I actually have cased quite a few items from Patty's blog. Patty is one of the top leaders in the US Stampin' Up! Demonstrators, and has attended many trips that she has earned from Stampin' Up!

These were simple to make once I had all the items cut out. I did use retired product on these ornaments as the swap said we were allowed too.  The base of these I used chipboard and ran it through my Big Shot with the Scallop Circle Die. The circles were cut out using the circle framelits. I also used the Crochet Trim which I gathered, and retired Very Vanilla Grosgrain ribbon.

Thank you for stoppin' in, and have a Stampin' day!

Stampin' Up! Joyful Christmas

Feeling like Christmas?? I was working on some swaps and CASED this one. I found it on Spiltcoaststampers.com posters name is meshell1975. I however did not stamp the leaf stamp on the card, and I made the background cardstock larger than what she used.

I fussycut the poinsettia stamp images and the  leaves behind it. In order to make it more 3D I stamped the poinsettia image twice and cut out the smaller leaves and used a dimensional behind them.

Turkey Punch art

So apparently I haven't been here in a long time. I really need to concentrate on blogging more often. Anyways I got home from Convention in Salt Lake City in July with a lot of FREE Stampin' Up! product and samples. I will be posting pictures of this in the next few days.

I just finished making this card for my friend Cathy Bell's monthly card swap group. This is for Septembers swap. I cased the idea from Mary Fish's blog http://www.stampinpretty.com/2008/11/turkey-with-a-punch.html

I think she used the smaller circle punches for the turkey's body, I used the slightly larger ones.

Thanks for stopping and have a Stampin' Day!
